The company has good management, experienced and committed staff, the company owns a good number of safari vehicles, proper and useful in African rough roads. Roika Tours & Safaris will soon open it's new tented lodge near Tarangire National Park , to satisfy all clients' needs while on Safari/vacation in Tanzania .

a) Included:
Everything exactly as described in the day-by-day itinerary which includes accommodations, transport, driver/guiding, park fees and taxes, sightseeing as described, all meals (except where breakfast only stated) and all internal air flights that begin and end in the same country.
b) Excluded:
Everything not described in the day-by-day itinerary, e.g. tipping, visa fees and services, extra meals, any air transportation for any flight that does not begin and end in Tanzania, beverages, flights from and back to country of origin, insurance, communication charges such as telephone and wire transfers or any items of a personal nature.
c) Reservation

d) Payment
Roika Tours and safaris Ltd will request a deposit of 30% non refundable deposits upon confirmation of the safari and balance should be paid 30, days before the arrival of the clients to safeguard the booking. In case the safari is requested within 30 days from the date of arrival, 100% of the total cost is required upon confirmation.
e) Prices
All prices quoted by Roika Tours & Safaris Ltd are in USD and are net to them. All prices are based on rates prevailing at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice. If, however full payment is received, the price will remain the same, unless it is subsequently affected by influence or action of government or otherwise beyond the control of Roika Tours Ltd.
Payment may be made by bank draft, wire or electronic transfer, or by VISA or MasterCard. To pay by credit card, download the “Credit Card Authorization Form” available on our website complete and sign it, then return it to us by fax or email after scanning.

Safari cost are based on all known costs and rate of exchange at the time conforming the tour, any significant changes beyond the control of the company will be passed on to the client
g) Cancellation:
All cancellation should be made by writing to Roika Tours and safaris Ltd, and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation fees, depending on the number of days before tour departure

h) Variation:
There is a risk of malaria in most African countries, so prophylactics should be taken before, during and after departure according to prescriptions and recommendations from your physician. Yellow fever is no longer mandatory unless one has recently traveled to endermic areas. Tetanus, polio, typhoid, meningitis and hepatitis vaccinations are recommended. Visitors requiring special medication should pack sufficient supplies for the duration of the safari and should inform us if there is special handling required when booking their tour. Tap water is not safe to drink, but bottled water is readily available and for mountain climb boiled water is provided.
i) Medical Insurance
All clients must have health insurance cover from their country of origin but also local Flying Doctors insurance is recommended.
j) Security
Visitors should take the same care as they would normally take in any destination worldwide. Keep a close watch on handbags, wallets and cameras especially when walking in crowded areas. Avoid walking at night and place valuables in safe deposit boxes in hotels and lodges. k) Liability
The company and it's agents act only as agents for passengers in all matters relating to hotel and lodge accommodation, tours, transportation, and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any form. The company's liability to passengers carried in it's own vehicles will be governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all or part of the services provided. In the event of such right, the terms of this clause will apply. While every care will be taken to ensure the clients safety and comfort during the tour, the company will not be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
l) Complaints
All complaints should be brought to the attention of your guide, driver or local representative while on safari and in writing before departure. Complaints will be addressed accordingly before client leaves the country.
m) Personal Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all clients be individually insured. The travel insurance should cover personal accident, medical expenses and repatriation, trip cancellation and personal effects. Make sure your insurer is fully aware of the type of travel to be undertaken.
n) Taxes and Fees
All government taxes, hotel levies and service charges, entry fees to the parks and reserves are included in the price. What is not included are gratuities and all personal expenses as will be specified when buying a safari.
1. The company reserve the right to make changes, where unavoidable, to the itineraries, holidays and services both before and after a booking is confirmed.
2. It is essential to understand that local conditions in Africa are not always predictable and border closures, poor road conditions and other occurrences can and do from time to time cause delays, frustrations and diversions from the planned itinerary. Should such occurrence occur, before or during the holiday, The Company shall do its best to minimize inconveniences.
3. In the event of a significant change, The Company shall do its utmost to provide alternative arrangements with balance payment due to the Company, if more expensive than the original arrangements, or refund due to the client if less expensive. In the event of these not being acceptable to the agent (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld) The Company shall refund the balance of monies remaining unused from the portions of the itinerary which pertain to The Company's own products. In the case of refunds from third party accommodation or services, these shall be subject to the terms and conditions of third party service or accommodation agreements but The Company shall do its utmost to obtain suitable refund on the client's behalf.
o) Refunds
No refunds will be given for:
(a) Lost travel time or necessary substitution of facilities, especially by virtue of force majeure
(b) Itineraries necessarily amended after departure, especially by virtue of force majeure.
(c) Circumstances beyond The Company's control which necessitate alternative arrangements being made to ensure safety and/or further participation of enjoyment.
(d) If the participant does not appear for any accommodation, service or excursion without first notifying the Company in writing.
(e) If the participant leaves after the safari has commenced.
p) Liability
1. The Company and its agents act as a booking agent in all matters relating to hotel and lodge accommodation, tours, airlines/charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat owners and other independent contracts providing accommodation, transportation and/or other services, each of which is an independent company outside The Company's control and each of which has its own terms and conditions. As such, The Company shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage of any kind.
2. The Company's liability to participants carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country.
3 . All claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actual service or accommodation was provided.
4. The Company reserves the right to employ sub-contracts for all or part of its services; in the event of such right the terms of this clause apply.
5. Whilst every care is taken, The Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
q) Travel documents
it is the responsibility of the individual passenger to have their travel documents and vaccinations current and correct. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or cancellation resulting from participant failure in this regard.
s) Validity
Please remember that booking an itinerary, holiday or service with The Company is entering into a binding agreement that assumes all the terms and conditions herein are fully understood.
The construction, validity and performance of any Agreement, including these terms and conditions, between the agent, participant and The Company, shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzania court.
