Day 4 -5 ~ Serengeti National Park
Two full days in the world-famous Serengeti National Park with its myriad game species and spectacular scenery. Day 6 ~ Serengeti National Park - Olduvai – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Breakfast & with game viewing enroute drive to Ol Duvai Gorge; a prehistoric site where the skull of ‘Zinjanthropus’ believed to be the first upright man to have lived over 1.5 million years ago was found & on through the Ngorongoro rainforest to Ngorongoro Conservation Area located between the Serengeti and Lake Manyara national park. Day 7 ~ Ngorongoro Crater Tour
This morning we descend the steep, winding road to the Crater floor for a full day game drive in this magical Caldera with its year-round, high concentration of animals living within the surrounding 600 m crater walls. Home to the black rhino as well as the rest of the ‘Big 5’ with large clans of hyaena, prides of lion, solitary leopard and the smaller jackal, serval cat, bat-eared fox and genet. Day 8 ~ Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Arusha
